Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 30 June  2016 requesting CCTV footage on  Highbrook  Drive 
between 7:00am to 9:00am on 29 June 2016. 
The purpose of the CCTV surveillance is to better manage the road network, therefore the incident you have 
mentioned may  not  have been recorded. Where  footage of  a specific incident  or alleged  crime is available, 
Auckland Transport provides footage to New Zealand Police upon receipt of a request from them. 
In view of the above, please report the incident to the Police if you have not already done so.  Upon receipt of 
your  report,  the  New  Zealand  Police  would  in  the  course  of  their  investigation  apply  directly  to  Auckland 
Transport for any CCTV footage we may hold on the matter. 
We  trust this information has addressed the matters raised however you have the right in accordance with 
section  27(3)  of  the  Local  Government  Official  Information  and  Meetings  Act  1987  (LGOIMA)  to  make  a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our response.
