Thank you for contacting  Auckland  Transport on 30 May 2016  requesting  information relating to the 
Mt Eden Road bus lanes. 
We wish to advise that the information on our website  relating to the proposed upgrade to the Mt 
Eden Road bus lanes is incorrect and we are working to remove it urgently.  We  apologise for the 
unintended miscommunication. The project is actually planned for 2016-17.   
In view of the above, if you wish to proceed with the  LGOIMA  request for  all interactions with 
consultants and within Auckland Transport relating to the proposal,  we  further  advise that the 
information you are seeking is overly broad.  Under Section 10(2) of the LGOIMA a request for 
information must be specified with due particularity.  Therefore, would you please refine the scope of 
this request by identifying specific areas that you are interested  in; e.g. what advice are you  looking 
for specifically in relation to what part of the project? Is it just the recommended proposals or all 
correspondence relating to it? 
Your request will remain on hold and if the information is not provided within 20 working days your 
request will be closed.
