Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 18 May 2016 requesting the following information: 
I  am  writing  to  find  out  more  information  about  the  date  that  Parnell  station  wlll  open.  Previous 
responses have just been to say mid-2016.  I have been past the site a few times over the past couple of 
weeks and have  not seen any  people  working so as we are only  a few weeks  away from mld-2016, are 
you able to give us a firmer date yet?
Auckland  Transport  are  not  able  to  confirm  the  opening  date  of  Parnell  Station  until  late  2016.  We  are 
required to reconfigure the full train timetable and this will need to be signed off by the relevant rail organisations. 
We will be in a position to communicate the  opening date of Parnell Station to the public,  Local Boards and 
the  Parnell  Business Association as soon as we receive confirmation. 
We  trust  the  information  has  addressed  the  matters  raised  however,  should  you  believe  that  we  have 
not  responded  appropriately  to  your  request,  you  have  the  right  in  accordance  with  section  27(3)  of  the 
LGOIMA to make  a  complaint  to the  Office of the  Ombudsman to seek  an investigation and  review in regard  to 
this matter.
