Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 10 May 2016 requesting information regarding bus
stop 3405.
Please find as follows our response to your request for information:
1. Request for any information in relation to proposal to move bus stop 3405 Location
159 Victoria Rd Devonport.
Auckland Transport has no documentation in relation to a proposal to move bus stop 3405
(159 Victoria Road). Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as
the information requested does not exist.
2. Request copies of any request and or responses by AT Auckland and or Auckland
Council in relation to bus stop 3405 relocation.
Auckland Transport has no record of a request or response in relation to the relocation of bus
stop 3405 (159 Victoria Rd). Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the
LGOIMA as the information requested does not exist.
3. Request copies of any traffic/pedestrian/safety assessments carried out by either AT
Auckland or Auckland Council in relation to bus stop 3405 current site and any
possible relocation.
Auckland Transport has no documentation in relation to traffic/pedestrian/safety assessments
carried out at bus stop 3405 (159 Victoria Road). Your request is therefore refused under
section 17(e) of the LGOIMA as the information requested does not exist.
4. Request any AT Auckland/Auckland Council traffic engineer assessment of proposed
Childcare on Bus schedules and safety of bus patrons using bus stop located outside
159 Victoria Rd if proposed childcare facility approved.
Auckland Transport has no documentation in relation to traffic engineer assessments carried
out at bus stop 3405 (159 Victoria Road). Your request is therefore refused under section
17(e) of the LGOIMA as the information requested does not exist.

5. Any traffic accident/incident information for upper Victoria Rd, Albert Road, Ewen
Allison Ave immediate area/intersection as far South as Hastings Parade.
Upon receiving your request, a Crash Analysis System (CAS) search was conducted on all
crashes (fatal, serious, minor and non-injury) at the Victoria Road intersection with Albert
Road and Ewen Allison Avenue to the intersection with Hastings Parade over the past 10
years (2005 to 2015). The search revealed two non-injury crashes had occurred on Victoria
Road five metres and 10 metres south of the intersection (previously identified in your request
referenced under CAS-237147-N1M7N3) and one injury crash at the intersection of Victoria
Road and Hastings Parade.
6. Who has put an application in to have the bus stop 3405 relocated?
Auckland Transport can confirm we will not be relocating bus stop 3405 (159 Victoria Road).
We have not received an application or a request to relocate this bus stop.
We trust the above information has addressed the matters raised however, should you believe that
we have not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right in accordance with section
27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman on any of the grounds
specified in section 27(1) of that Act.
