The majority of our contacts are initiated by our external customers however we 
are always happy to discuss issues our internal customers may be having and are 
willing to provide advice based on our experiences. 

The names of ACC Staff members have been redacted to protect their privacy.  The 
public interest in disclosing this information has been considered, and ACC is of the
