On how many occasions has an arrest warrant been issued for a student loan borrower 
under  any  circumstances  regarding  the  terms  of  the  Student  Loan  Scheme 
Amendment Bill (No.3). 
Inland Revenue has applied for an arrest warrant on two occasions.
