Thank you for your email of 21 June 2026, which was transferred to the Ministry of
Education (the Ministry) on 23 June 2026, requesting the following information:
1. How you called for public nomination and on what platform you have call
for public nominations e.g. govt.jobs website.
2. A copy of your ad as well and pay rate.
3. Also, how many applications you have received for each of the role from
the public and how many you have received from other nominating
agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women etc for your role.
4. How many you have shortlisted and how many you have interviewed
5. To view the appointment letter if there is one sent to the Dame Susan
Hassall and Jeremy Baker. I am happy for you to remove any relevant
personal information.
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).
The Ministry needs to extend the timeframe for responding to your request, pursuant
to section 15A(1)(b) of the Act, as consultations necessary to make a decision on the
request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit. You can now expect to receive a response to your request on or
before 19 August 2026, which is an extension of 20 working days.
