We refer to your official information request dated 29 May 2026. Our response is set out 
below: 
We have been given records of hazards from nitrogen dioxide levels at the Ledger-
Goodman Wastewater pumping station which was sent to us in response of 7 May 2026 
(Reference: 3508) I am requesting information as to hazards from nitrogen dioxide levels. 
The Richmond Motueka Nitrogen Dioxide report is publicly available on our website - 
Monitoring Nitrogen Dioxide | Tasman District Council.  As you are able to access this 
information yourself, we are refusing your request under section 17(d) of the LGOIMA (the 
information is publicly available).

- Detailed information is included in the World Health Organisation 2021 guidelines, which
