‘alcohol’ category, but now warrant a separate category.

pedestrians running for a bus or school children getting off a bus.

Pedestrian crossing road - looking the wrong way
New factor code introduced to provide a specific category for pedestrians that look the
wrong way, cross a road regardless and step into the path of an oncoming vehicle or bus.

mostly apply to crashes involving motorbikes.
