I refer to your official information request received on 13 May 2026 for information regarding 
sodium fluoroacetate. 
The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) does not hold part of the information you have 
requested, specifically:  
One. Where New Zealand is currently sourcing technical grade sodium fluoroacetate 
following the fire at Tull Chemical Company in Oxford Alabama in October 2024 and 
whether there have been any supply disruptions to the 1080 programme as a result? 
However, we believe Worksafe holds some of the information referred to above. Therefore, 
we have transferred this part of your request to Worksafe under section 14(b)(i) of the Official 
Information Act 1982.
