This request is refused under section 17(g) of the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987, as the information requested is not held by
Council.
Council’s financial systems do not categorise or tag expenditure under the combined
heading ‘mediation and facilitation’, and Council does not maintain a central record of
such costs. While expenditure relating to mediation or facilitation may exist within
individual transactions, there is no aggregated record or report capturing this
information.
Accordingly, the total amount requested is not held by Council.
