Official Information Act 1982 request

Under the Official Information Act, I wish to request details on ENZ's process for publishing 
responses to OIAs on their website (whether this is required by the organisation or expected 
of them), and the reason for this if it has not occurred. 
 
We wil  endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later 
than Monday 8 June 2026, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. If 
we are unable to respond to your request by then, we wil  notify you of an extension of that 
timeframe.
