for the following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA):
Al quarterly reports, progress reports, final reports, or outcomes reports provided by
Pūhoro to Health NZ / Hauora Māori Services Directorate for this programme from 1 June
2023 to the present.
Response
With reference to our response to your previous OIA (ref: HNZ00203430) Te Aka Whai Ora
partnered with the Pūhoro Charitable Trust (the Trust) to deliver the STEMM Uplift and Grow
Programme from 1 June 2023 to 30 June 2024. Following the disestablishment of Te Aka Whai
Ora, Hauora Māori Services -Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) contracted with the Trust to continue
delivery of the STEMM Programme.

Appendix One, which sets out our decision on the release of documents within
scope of your request. The documents able to be released are at ached as
Appendix Two.
Some information within these documents has been withheld under section 9(2)(a), to protect the
privacy of individuals.
Where we have withheld information under section 9 of the OIA, we have considered any
countervailing public interests in the release of this information. We do not believe that the public
interests outweigh the need to withhold in this instance.
