Further to our e-mail of 5 June 2026 and letter dated 9 June 2026 which outlined our decision on 
your request for information, we wish to clarify some matters in relation to the information 
provided as part of this response. 
A resource consent was issued (WGN230282) in December 2023 in relation to earthworks and 
discharges associated with the site. We consider that this resource consent covers the matters 
raised in the request that seeks the environmental risk assessment for the site arising from this 
development and associated compliance of this resource consent. Accordingly the information 
provided with this request is all information on the file in relation to the following: 
•  The resource consent application, processing of the application, and subsequent 
consent decision (relates to part 1 of your request) 
•  Compliance monitoring undertaken on the resource consent (relates to part 4 and 5 of 
your request). Note: It was incorrectly stated in our previous correspondence that no 
information existing in relation to the site compliance. 
•  All communication (from the consent process and consent monitoring) between NZTA 
(and its agents) and Greater Wellington (relates to part 3 of your request) 
I can confirm that there is no information on our file that contains communication between
