Thank you for your request under the Official  Information Act 1982 (the Act) on 05 May 2026 
to the Office of Hon Matt Doocey,  Minister for Mental Health and Associate Minister of 
Health. You requested: 
I request any information relating to a test that was required to be taken by staff in 
your office. 
I also request a copy of the test. 
Staff in Minister Doocey's office are not required to take a test. Your request is refused under 
section  18(g)(i) of the Act, as the information requested is not held by the Office and there 
are no grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act. 
Under section 28(3) of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review any 
decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be contacted by email at
