Subject: Assurance of Continuity and Integrity at MUMA 
I am writing to inform you that certain allegations defaming MUMA and me  
 as the Chief Executive have recently been circulated in the public domain. These 
claims are unfounded and have been made with the potential to cause reputational 
harm. 
Please be assured that MUMA has taken immediate and appropriate legal steps to 
address this matter. We remain steadfast in our commitment to protect the integrity of 
our organisation, our leadership, and the trust placed in us by our partners and 
community. 
Importantly, our services remain unaffected. The adverse activity has not disrupted our 
operations, and we continue to provide full support to our whānau and community. Our 
focus remains on delivering our contract outcomes and advancing the Kaupapa that 
underpins all our work. 
We value your ongoing support and partnership.  Should you have any questions or 
require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I have attached a list 
of our contracts that are currently funded by your agency.  Finally, if at any time you
