“I would like to understand the figures from the GRWC wide basis grouped to group functions. 
Please provide for the latest FY25/26 where spending exceeds $10k.  A list of consultancy 
services by project with: 
A.  Consultancy entity name 
B.  Project name 
C.  Group(s) consulted or Cost centre/s 
D.  Cost 
On the above, I would like to understand from financial impact perspective where GRWC relies 
on external consulting services over it being done in-house. Thank you. 
There was earlier 2025-036 by someone else but it was from earlier FYs and focused on Metlink 
only.”
