Re: Te Henga Spraying Monitoring
Thank you for your email of 8 April 2026, requesting information about spraying monitoring.
The specific details of your request and our response are below.
“We would like the full monitoring results of the aerial spraying of te henga wetlands
taken by council Feb-March 2026. We would like the glyphosate testing results 2026 , and
the locations the water tests were taken from. We would like all documentation of the
monitoring by council for this permitted activity”
Please find attached information pertaining to your request for monitoring information
regarding the aerial spraying of Te Henga Wetlands by council February - March 2026. Our
Environmental Monitoring Unit have provided the following information:
• The monitoring report for the monitoring of the activity
• The certificates of analysis from Watercare for the glyphosate testing undertaken
• Site notes and a job sheet from the officers who conducted the monitoring
• The co-ordinates and images of sample locations
Please note that some information has been redacted from the attached document under the
