I refer to your official information request dated Wednesday 8 April 2026, which, due to the school holiday
period, we received into our office on Monday 20 April 2026. Your request is for data on the rol , restraints,
property damage incidents, police cal outs, suspensions/exclusions, and injuries requiring medical
intervention per term during 2023.
The information provided below is separated into four periods that align closely with the four school terms,
however, to produce the data to align exactly with each term would require additional administrative
resources.
If you are not satisfied with the data periods below and you require us to extract the information per term, we
would be required to charge you accordingly.
Period 1: 22 November 2022 – 30 April 2023
Period 2: 01 May 2023 – 30 July 2023
Period 3: 31 July 2023 – 18 October 2023
Period 4: 18 October 2023 – 18 February 2024
