“The Treasury's "Managing Government Investment Projects 2014/15", released 
November 2015, lists the Christchurch Central Delivery Programme as "Red" 
status. Please provide me the information that formed the basis for this 
assessment.”

in accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act.
