I refer to your request for information dated Tuesday 31 March 2026, which was received by 
Greater Wellington Regional Council (Greater Wellington) on Tuesday 31 March 2026. You have 
requested the following: 
“Please provide the Metlink organization structure / chart from top 3 levels down or any other 
current chart that goes further than that.” 
Greater Wellington’s response follows: 
Please see attached a full Metlink organisation chart containing all positions within the Metlink 
group as of 16 March 2026 (Attachment 1). All positions are full time; however, some are fixed 
term, which is noted in the chart. Not all positions are currently filled. While not reflected in this 
chart the Group Manager Metlink reports directly to the Chief Executive of Greater Wellington. 
If you have any concerns with the decision(s) referred  to in this letter, you have  the right to 
request an investigation and review by the Ombudsman under section 27(3) of the Act.  
Please  note  that  it  is  our  policy  to  proactively  release  our  responses  to  official  information 
requests where appropriate. Our response to your request will be published shortly on Greater 
Wellington’s website with your personal information removed.
