Thank you for your email of 23 March 2026 requesting the following information: 
 
Please  provide  info  -  Cost  for  design  and  cost  for  build  of  the  skatepark 
Waikanae Skatepark 
 
KCDC and Convic have agreed to a design and construction contract based on NZS 
3916:2013. 
 
The contract value for both the design and construct contract is worth $1,134,064.00 
 
This cost is exclusive of contingency and internal KCDC costs.
