Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Wellington City Council (the Council) accepted a transfer from the Ministry 
for the Environment on 25 April 2026, detailing a request from yourself for the fol owing information: 
 
•  I was wondering if you could provide the approved masterplan or subdivision plan for the 
Lincolnshire Farm development at the end of Woodridge Drive, Wel ington. 
 
Your request has been considered under the Local Government Of icial Information and Meetings Act 
1987 (LGOIMA).
