I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request of 12 March 2026 to the Ministry 
for the Environment (the Ministry) seeking the following information: 
 
I was wondering if you could provide the approved masterplan or subdivision plan for 
the  Lincolnshire Farm development at the end of Woodridge Drive, Wellington. 
 
The Ministry has identified that your request relates more closely to the Wellington City Council 
(the Council.) In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Official Information 
Act 1982 to transfer your request. You will hear further from the Council regarding your request.  
You have a right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision to
