Fees for members of the Board have yet to be confirmed, therefore I am refusing this

website at the following link:

09/co-25-2-cabinet-fees-framework-v3.pdf. While an appointments process for the Board has commenced, it will take many
months to be completed. The establishment of the New Zealand School Property
Agency (NZSPA) is part of the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment
Bill (the Bill) that is currently before Parliament. Appointments to the Board will only
be confirmed once the Bil comes into force.
You can find more information about the Bil , including the full text, on the Parliament
website at the following link

once decisions regarding the appointment to the Board have been finalised.
In response to
part two of your request, the appointment process is stil underway
and applications from the public and nominating agencies are yet to be finalised. As
such, I am refusing these parts of your request under section 18(g) of the Act as the
information you have requested is not held by the Ministry.
In response to
part three of your request, as the Bill providing for the establishment
of NZSPA (and its Board) has not yet been passed into legislation, there technically
are no vacancies at this time. Subject to the Bil becoming legislation, the Board can
have up to nine members (see section 517D of the Bill). The number of members it
wil have when it is established wil be confirmed in due course by the Minister of
Education, along with the fees for members of the Board. I am therefore refusing this
part of your request under section 18(e) of the Act, as the information requested does
not exist.
Please note, we may publish this response on our website after five working days.
Your name and contact details wil be removed.
Thank you again for your email. You have the right to ask an Ombudsman to review
my decision on your request, in accordance with section 28 of the Act. You can do
