Thank you for your email dated 26 February 2026 to Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Wellington City Council (the 
Council) for the following information: 
•  I would like to request access to the moa point treatment plant engineering/maintenance records . All 
shift notes from technicians , amd engineers, minutes from engineering meetings , list of alarms 
which will be on the monitoring systems . From the year 2025 should be enough. 
Your request is being considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 
(LGOIMA). 
 
I am writing to advise you that we have transferred your request to Wellington Water Limited. The 
information to which your request relates is not held by Wellington City Council but is believed to be held by 
Wellington Water Limited. In these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the LGOIMA to transfer 
your request.
