Please provide me with a list of the titles, dates, and filing system reference numbers of
documents held that model the provision of passenger rail transport between:
a.
Porirua (or stations further north and south) and Petone
b.
Porirua (or stations further north and south) and Lower Hutt
I am refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Act because the the information requested does
not exist. The NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) does not have any documents that model
the provision of passenger bus and rail services between the specified zones.
Public transport services in the Wellington region, including service design and planning, are the
responsibility of Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC). As such you may wish to contact
GWRC to enquire whether it holds any information relevant to your request.
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
