Thank you for your request, dated 24 February 2026, regarding all invitations Mayor Wayne 
Brown has received from Chloe Swarbrick in the past year to join her in walking through the 
city to meet people experiencing homelessness. 
 
We have searched our records and can confirm that we do not hold any information relating 
to your request for the past 12 months. 
 
Therefore, in accordance with section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information 
and Meetings Act 1987, the information you have requested cannot be provided to you on 
the basis that it does not exist.  
 
The decision by Auckland Council to release the information contained in this response was 
made by Lou-Ann Ballantyne, General Manager Democracy and Engagement.
