Please provide me with board minutes for 2026 to date. 
 
The NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Board is not due to meet until 19 February 2026. As 
there has not yet been a meeting in 2026, I am refusing your request for Board minutes under section 
18(e) of the Act as the document al eged to contain the information requested does not exist. 
 
Please note, once a meeting concludes, the minutes are not ratified as being true and correct until the 
following Board meeting. The Board meeting dates for 2026 are available on the NZTA website at:

Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to refuse
