Further, I am also including @Raphael Hilbron into this email as I am hopeful you can connect. 
Raphael has supported Taranaki Whānui on various projects and kapuapa including Shelly Bay and the
Parliament Occupation.
Raphael and his team bring significant expertise in strategic and tactical communications. Noting the
significance of this project and the people we will need to interact with, I think appropriate that we employ
the skills and capabilities that Raphael and his team have to keep this kaupapa moving in the right direction.
