Contract Termination Notice for Wel ington City Transport Plan Independent Advisory Panel - Chair

At the Te Kaunihera o Pōneke | Council meeting on 12 December 2024, Council ors voted to not progress 
with a full Wellington City Transport Plan, Phase 2 of the Independent Advisory Panel’s work. 
 
Pursuant to Clause 11.2  in the contract, this letter is to  advise that  the  contract for Wellington City 
Transport Plan Independent Advisory Panel - Chair with Agite Consulting Limited dated 31/07/2024 will 
end on 17 January 2025. 
Please take this letter as formal notice of the contract being terminated in light of the above. 
 
While regrettable, I’d like to extend our sincere thanks for the time and effort that you have invested in 
working with us to date. 
 
I  wish you al  the best with your mahi and  look forward to potentially  working with you on future
