Re: Contracts with Everest Infrastructure Partners 
 
 
Thank you for your information request dated 17 December 2025, for information about contracts 
with Everest Infrastructure Partners.  The specific details of your request and our response is 
below. 
 
“Would you please share the contracts you have with Everest Infrastructure Partners for 
housing cell phone towers on foot paths, berms, street corners etc, any public land or council 
owned land that is leased (say to pony clubs, sports clubs etc)….basically all the Everest 
Infrastructure Partners contracts for cell phone towers” 
 
We have thoroughly checked all the contracts and can confirm that Auckland Council does not 
hold any contracts with Everest Infrastructure Partners.  
 
Therefore, in accordance with section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information and 
Meetings Act 1987, the information you have requested cannot be provided to you on the basis 
that it does not exist or despite reasonable efforts to locate it cannot be found. 
 
Decisions relating to the information that is being released to you were made by Marian Webb, 
Head of Property Management. 
 
Should you believe Auckland Council has not responded appropriately to your request, you have 
the right by way of complaint, under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA, to apply to the Ombudsman to 
seek an investigation and review of the decision.
