I refer to your request for information dated 18 December 2025 requesting information relating to Everest 
Infrastructure Partners. 
Would you please share the contracts you have with Everest Infrastructure Partners for housing cel  
phone towers on foot paths, berms, street corners etc, any public land or council owned land that is 
leased (say to pony clubs, sports clubs etc)….basical y all the Everest Infrastructure Partners contracts for 
cel  phone towers.  
Auckland Transport (AT) do not hold any contracts with Everest Infrastructure Partners.  Your request is 
therefore declined under section 17 (e) of the LGOIMA as the information does not exist. 
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able to make a 
complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA and seek an 
investigation and review in regard to this matter.
