A further post hearing reply in response to minute 60 relating to the Ecosystems and Indigenous Biodiversity (ECO)
and Infrastructure – Ecosystems and Indigenous Biodiversity (INF-ECO) topics raised in hearing stream 11 has been
published on the website. This can be found under the Post-hearing Reply heading on the following webpage:

If any Stream 11 submitter disagrees with any aspect of Mr McCutcheon’s advice, they have until 4pm on 12
November to file a response with the Hearing Administrator stating reasons. This can be done by replying to this
