Her Excellency the Governor-General is respectfully advised to appoint, 
pursuant to sections 12, 12A and 12B of the Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System Act 2022 and 
section 28(l)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 
Reverend Murray Llewellyn Edridge 
as Member of the Independent Monitor of the Oranga Tamariki System for a te1m of three years 
commencing on 10 November 2025 and ending on 9 November 2028; and 
Honourable Joanne Gay Goodhew 
as Member of the Independent Monitor of the Oranga Tamariki System for a term of four years 
commencing on 10 November 2025 and ending on 9 November 2029.
