the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA):
“1.Records of any international commitments, treaties, or agreements that
influenced or required New Zealand to provide financial, military, or humanitarian
support to Ukraine.
2.Documentation of any requests, directives, or communications received from
foreign governments or international organizations (e.g., UN, NATO, EU, Five Eyes
partners) regarding NZ’s support for Ukraine.
3.Copies of ministerial briefings or Cabinet papers prepared by MFAT that reference
external obligations or requests in relation to Ukraine.”
Part one of your request is refused under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information
does not exist, or despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
Part two of your request is refused under section 18(f) of the OIA, as the information
requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.
