Official Information Act request: Visits to Fire and Ambulance Stations or Crews 
 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request, received on 5 December 
2025. You requested: 
 
“1. Have you visited any Fire or Ambulance Stations or Crews in the past 12 months? 
2. If so, please provide any take away notes from these visits. 
3. And if any concerns were raised, please detail how these have been addressed.” 
 
With respect to Part 1 of your request, the Prime Minister visited Hato Hone St John in Mt 
Wellington on 4 July 2025. At the conclusion of that visit, he answered questions from

A search of this office’s records has not returned any information in scope of Parts 2 or 3 
of your request. Therefore, I am refusing the remainder of your request under section 
18(e) of the Act, as the information requested does not exist.
