number of people claiming JobSeeker Support, Sole Parent Support, Supported
Living Payment and other benefit types by the 2017 Area Unit Boundary for the
financial quarter ending December 2025.
I have considered your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).
Please find my decision on your request set out below.
The data for the financial quarter ending December 2025 is not yet available.
Consequently, your request for this information is refused under section 18(e) of
the Act as this document does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it,
cannot be found.
The information for the financial quarter ending December 2025 becomes available
on 23 January 2026. The Ministry of Social Development will happily provide this
information to you if you resubmit this request on or after this date.

November 2025, please let us know.
