Official information Request: Payments to Agite & Pollock
I am writing to you in response to your request received 28 November 2025 for the total amount
invoiced to Council by Wellington-based “Agite Consulting Limited” and “Pollock Consulting Limited”
in each of the last three financial years ending 30 June 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Unfortunately, the information you requested does not exist.
We have made every possible effort to locate information, including a search of our accounts from
the last seven years, i.e. the period for which we’re required to keep records for, and this covers the
years requested.
Consultation with you regarding this decision was not considered as it would not change the
outcome of the data search that you requested.
We are therefore refusing your request under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA because the requested
document does not exist.
