the following under the Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA):
Please can I request all correspondence, meeting minutes, cost-benefit analyses,
business cases or plans, role development plans, directives from Health NZ or the
Ministry of Health of the Minister for Health, and any correspondence or documentation
involved in any formal or informal discussions, plans, or policy relating to the creation of
roles or plans for employment of Physician Associates at any department at Christchurch
Hospital?
Response
We are not aware of any discussion around Physician Associate employment at Christchurch
Hospital. As such, your request is refused under section 18(e) of the OIA as the information you
have requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
