I refer to your Official Information Request received 25 May 2012 in which the following was 
requested: 
 
  A list of all positions directly employed by Council, and the number of staff in each 
role. 
  Any briefings, reports, advice, transcripts, notes, correspondence,  aide memoires or 
any other documents regarding any proposal to amalgamate the Council with 
neighbouring Councils. 
 
At Attachment A, please find a list of the positions currently employed by the Western BOP 
District Council. 
 
At  Attachment  B  and  Attachment  C,  please  find  the  only  references  held  on  file  at 
Western BOP District Council regarding amalgamation.
