I am pleased to advise you that, pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

and as per my delegation from the Minister of Agriculture, I have reappointed you as the 
Board Chair of the Board of Herenga ā Nuku Aotearoa, the Outdoor Access Commission (the 
Commission). 
 
If you accept it, the term of your reappointment will commence on 15 September 2023, and 
run for a period of two years and three months until 22 December 2025.
