"The Ministry received nine applications in total for the vacancy advertised. Please note
that the Ministry is stil in the shortlisting process and has not decided which applicants to
interview. "
Could you confirm the total number of vacancies available in this round? Also, from the
nine applications you’ve received, how many candidates do you plan to shortlist and how
many wil you be interviewing? Additionally, do you have a usual or standard ratio for this
process, for example, for one vacancy, how many applicants would you typically shortlist
and how many would you interview?”
There was one vacancy on the Notifiable Products Appeals Commit ee. The Ministry shortlisted
three candidates, however one candidate withdrew their application. We do not have a ratio or
set number of candidates we shortlist or interview per vacancy.
