Local Government Official Information Request –Agite Consulting Limited
I refer to your official information request received on 18 November 2025 where you have
requested the total amount invoiced to the Western Bay of Plenty District Council by
Wellington-based “Agite Consulting Limited”, also known as Pollock Consulting Limited, in
each of the last three financial years ending 30 June 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Despite a thorough search of our database, we can conclude that we don’t have either
entities, Agite Consulting Limited or Pollock Consulting Limited on our system as a supplier.
Therefore, we must refuse your request under section 17(e) of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, as the information requested, does not exist.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
