INFORMATION REQUEST
On  18  November  2025  you  asked  for  information  about  refused  information  requests  from
elected members to Tauranga Art Gallery Leading to 4 Nov Resolution. Here is our response
to your questions:
1.  Please reduce scope to any requests for information from EM or sent on behalf
of EM to Tauranga Art Gallery and their responses.  I am specifically after any
instances where these requests have been refused which lead to the city
delivery committee passing a resolution on 4th November to address this
behaviour
Please see Attachment 1 which shows the discussion between the Councillors and the
Tauranga Art Gallery via internal staff regarding requests for information.
This request and the response have been considered under the LGOIMA1.
