I understand your request to be in reference to a post made by Sue Grey on the Outdoors 
and Freedom party website on 13 November 2025. 
Based on the single text image that was posted it appears the correspondence she refers 
to was published by the Department of Internal Affairs and is publicly available here: OIA-
2223-0833.pdf. The ful  response is 60 pages, 57 pages of which are text messages. 
Your request is therefore refused under section 18(d) of the OIA as the information is 
already publicly available.
