Act 1982 (the Act):  
 
“Appointments of Members to the Civil Aviation Authority Board - 2025-go5483- New Zealand Gazette 
1.  How  you  called  for  public  nomination  and  on  what  platform  you  have  call  for  public 
nominations e.g. govt.jobs website.   
2.  A copy of your ad and pay rate as well.   
3.  How many applications you have received for each of the roles from the public and how many 
you have received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women etc for 
your role.   
4.  How many you have shortlisted and how many you have interviewed.   
5.  The appointment letter if there is one sent to the previous appointee.”

on 28 October 2025 – our reference is JMOIA-76.  We have attached this response to this email.
