Gazette 
1. How  you  called  for  public  nomination  and  on  what  platform  you  have  call  for  public
nominations e.g.  govt.jobs website.
2. A copy of your ad as well.
3. How many applications you have received for each of the roles from the public and how
many  you  have  received  from  other  nominating  agencies  such  as  TPK  or  Ministry  of
women etc for your role.
4. How many you have shortlisted and how many you have interviewed.
5. The appointment letter if there is one sent to the previous appointee."

1. Public nominations were sought from:

b. Public service nominating agencies
i. Ministry for Women
ii. Ministry for Ethnic Communities

v. Ministry for Pacific Peoples
c. Linkedln.
2. A copy of the advert is attached as Document One (released in full).
3. A total of 84 applications were received for the two vacancies, 82 from the public (one of
which was endorsed by a nominating agencies).
4. Twenty-two applicants were short-listed and seven were interviewed.
5. A copy of appointment and acknowledgement of term letters, with accompanying materials,
are attached as Documents Two - Five. Some information has been withheld from these
letters under the following sections of the Act:
9(2)(a) 
to protect the privacy of natural persons 
9(2)(ba)(i) 
protect information which is subject to an obligation of confidence or which 
any person has been or could be compelled to provide under the authority
