Information Act 1982 (the Act), regarding Criminal Process Improvement Programme (CPIP)
assignments in South Auckland. Your request has been referred to me for a response, as it falls
within my responsibilities as Legal Services Commissioner, and is being managed in
accordance with the provisions of the Act. Specifical y, you requested:
Under the OIA, could you please provide the total number of CPIP (Criminal Process
Improvement Programme) assignments allocated per provider/firm operating in the
Manukau, Papakura and Pukekohe district courts across the period of 1 July 2024 to 31
October 2025, tabulated by month.
Please refer to the spreadsheet attached that provides the information you have requested.
