prices to give an index of rates affordability. 
 
Can this be provided for all of the WCC area in PDF (and if suitable in Excel) form please .

Please see the Residential Rates Af ordability Map, attached as an appendix. The document includes 
clarity on the rates affordability benchmark and the data we have used to produce this map.
